Now Hiring - Professional Services Customer Account Manger for growing 3PL company (Houston,TX) in Kansas City, MO

A fast-growing 3PL startup looking for highly-motivated, proactive individuals to join their expanding team.

They are looking for a Customer Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with their customers. Customer Account Managers will work together, with each other and operations, as a team to deliver an incredible experience for the customers every day.

They are looking for someone who has experience in Account Management/Customer Service, has knowledge how the warehouse process works and who is detail oriented. If you have previous experience as Account Manager, Teacher, Project Manager or Engineering, then please consider applying.

Candidate Preferences:

• Must be 18 or older
• Attention to detail
• Previous warehousing, project management, and teaching experiences are a plus
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred but not required
• Willing to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends as required, based on business needs
• Consistently arrive to work on time
• Proficient in email, G-suite and ability to learn a WMS system
• Must be comfortable and able to stand for long hours and lift heavy items as needed

This is a full-time, permanent position, office is located in Houston, TX, 77071

Compensation is $45,000 - $60,000 /year depending on the experience
